Scentchips has been making the finest products in home fragrance in Texas USA since 1980. Products include a wide variety of Scentchips® and accessories necessary to make your home a scentifically wonderful place. The product is now available in Australia, with our Head Office in Sydney. Stephen and Jyl Bell who are based in Sydney, would be happy to assist you with any inquiries or orders you may have. They can be contacted by email on: stephen@scentchips.com.au or jyl@scentchips.com.au We are building up a network of agents and distributors throughout Australia. Our web site will accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also accept orders by fax or mail – see contact information below. With regard to delivery of goods we accept prepayment by Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard. - Freight charges will be added to the product price and included on the invoice with the order. Minimum order value for retail sales $20.00 and for wholesale $200.00. - Any shortages or errors should be reported to Scentchips Australia within 2 days of delivery. - All claims for damages must be reported to the carrier on delivery. Unless requested by the customer, insurance is not included in the post and handling charges. - No unauthorized returns will be accepted. - Goods will be packaged and sent within 48 hours of prepayment, otherwise customer will be contacted by Scentchips. - No back orders will be processed.
