Scentchips has been making the finest products in home fragrance in Texas USA since 1980. Products include a wide variety of Scentchips® and accessories necessary to make your home a scentifically wonderful place.

We are building up a network of agents and distributors throughout Australia.
Our web site will accept orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We also accept orders by fax or mail – see contact information below. With regard to delivery of goods we accept prepayment by Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard.
- Freight charges will be added to the product price and included on the invoice with the order. Minimum order value for retail sales $20.00 and for wholesale $200.00.
- Any shortages or errors should be reported to Scentchips Australia within 2 days of delivery.
- All claims for damages must be reported to the carrier on delivery. Unless requested by the customer, insurance is not included in the post and handling charges.
- No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
- Goods will be packaged and sent within 48 hours of prepayment, otherwise customer will be contacted by Scentchips.
- No back orders will be processed.
